That is my Spore unit from 2009. I bought it for $330K. It is a 5-room unit in Woodlands. I sold it for $630K in December 2025. After buying it in 2009, I stayed there for 1 year, then rented it out to tenants for nearly 10 years. During that time, I moved with my three kids to rent a condo in JB.
